Pregame For Coheed and Cambria with Screamin’ Danger IPA!
On March 1st, Coheed and Cambria will be making their much-anticipated appearance at Stage AE in Pittsburgh’s North Shore. This show will undoubtedly blow the roof off the venue and be a concert for the ages.
But before letting Claudio and Company rock your world, be sure to fuel up with Screamin’ Danger, a hoppy, fruity, IPA brewed in collaboration by Coheed and Spoonwood Brewing, at Rivertowne North Shore.
This collaboration came together after the band sampled Good Eye Sniper, Spoonwood’s Double IPA that also pays homage to Coheed’s music. They chose the beer style, the name, and supplied the artwork seen in the label below. Steve Ilnicki and James Evans took care of the brewing at Spoonwood. The final label design was organized and produced by Jason Collins.
After an attempt to get Screamin’ Danger on tap at Stage AE during the concert fell short, Spoonwood and Coheed teamed up with Rivertowne to ensure concert-goers could experience this beer in close proximity to center stage. Screamin’ Danger will go on tap on concert day and be pouring for your enjoyment before and after the show (if we don’t drink it all prior to the concert).
Spoonwood and Coheed are also have a potential promotion with 105.9 The X in the works as well. Stay tuned for details on that as they unfold.
Yours truly will be at Rivertowne North Shore to get the party started around 4:00pm on March 1st. We look forward to having you in the house at Rivertowne for the kickoff party, as well as jamming with you at the show!
