Rock BottomCalling all hungry and thirsty people! The crew at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery in The Waterfront are gearing up to bring you their first Beer Dinner of 2017. Your presence is requested at this 5-Course event on Wednesday, March 8th starting at 7:00pm. Arrive early and enjoy Happy Hour, too!

Here’s what’s on the menu for the evening:

APPETIZER: Hot Sausage over Fried Mozzarella topped w/ a Mixed Pepper Sauce | Served w/ Incline Irish Red

SOUP/SALAD: Potato Bacon Leek Soup | Cold Spinach Salad with Tomatoes, Egg, Bacon, and Peppercorns; with Balsamic Vinaigrette and topped w/ Shaved Parmesan | Served w/ Drunken Lullabies Milk Stout

MAIN COURSE: Lamb Chops Seasoned w/ Rock Bottom’s House “Crazy” Seasoning and Jalapeno Butter topped w/ a Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce | Served w/ the Freshly-Tapped Fire Chief Ale

PALATE CLEANSER: Prosciutto Wrapped Melon | Served w/ Good Neighbor Kolsch

DESSERT: Carrot Cake | Served w/ Uppity Jagoff IPA
