Rivertowne Brewing Presents: 25 Rivertowne Taps Under One Roof

In case you weren’t aware, the crew at Rivertowne Brewing is smack dab in the middle of their 10-year anniversary and are on a mission to brew 100 unique beers this calendar year. Said mission has brought out some very unique, creative brews…as well as plenty of opportunities to party in style.

As the summer season begins to draw to an end, Rivertowne has jam-packed their August calendar with some awesome events to help you soak up as much good beer and good sun as possible before the inevitable drop on the thermometer goes into effect. On Saturday, August 26th, it’s the 3rd Annual Rhythm and Brews Beer and Music Festival, featuring beer, live music, food, games, and more at the Tall Trees Ampitheater in Monroeville. But, before that unfolds…it’s time for Rivertowne’s biggest tap takeover in the brewery’s decade-long history!

Beerhead Bar in Pittsburgh’s North Shore will be the setting for an epic 25-tap Tap Takeover featuring several Rivertowne staples AND a wide variety of one-off selections…some of which aren’t even available at Rivertowne’s tasting room in Export or restaurants across the city. In addition, River City Blues Band will be in the house to add a sweet backdrop of music to the celebration AND Rivertowne will be giving away tickets to Rhythm and Brews and other cool prizes as well.
