[SHORT POUR] PCBN & Bill’s Join Forces For Local Beer & Burger Features

Short Pour is a Breaking Brews feature that delivers craft beer news, information, and entertainment in 250 words or less. It’s all the info you need and none of the filler you don’t.

Celebrate Beer & Burger Love with PCBN and Bill’s Bar & Burger

CheeseBURGHerThe Pittsburgh Craft Beer Network is pleased to announce a new partnership with Bill’s Bar & Burger located in Downtown Pittsburgh in the Westin Hotel and Convention Center. In addition to finding Bill’s events and promotions as part of PCBN Connect, as well as their draft lists and menus, the focus will be on a monthly feature highlighting a burger found on the Bill’s menu paired with a local craft beer.

Since arriving on the Pittsburgh scene a little over a year ago, Bill’s has been on a mission to connect to craft beer enthusiasts in the Steel City by consistently featuring a wide variety of craft beer, many of which come directly from breweries within our region. They also boast an elevated menu offering a plethora of choices, with a diverse selection of burgers leading the charge.

Without question, beer and burgers present an incredible pairing. Much like brewers have experimented with different ingredients, hop additions, and grain bills to achieve their own unique spin on a classic beer styles, chefs across the country have taken the burger to new levels of culinary excellence, tossing ordinary to the side and presenting works of art almost too pretty to consume. Almost.

At the beginning of each month, I will publish a new burger and beer pairing from Bill’s right here on Breaking Brews. The feature will pay homage to the brewery responsible for the beer as well as the tremendous chefs at Bill’s whose creativity and attention to detail make their spot a must-visit destination whenever you’re in the city.

Last month, I attended Bill’s one-year anniversary party at their Downtown destination. You can check out my recap here and learn more about this craft beer and burger destination.
