Mindful CrowlersThe Pittsburgh beer scene has been on an unbelievable growth spurt and on Tuesday, January 17th, another new brewery gets set to officially joins the party!

Mindful Brewing Company is located on the corner of Library Road (Route 88) and Castle Shannon Blvd. and resides in the former McGinnis Market. They’ve been carefully planning, building, and brewing, all in an effort to bring a one-of-a-kind craft beer destination to the South Hills. Residents of Castle Shannon, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, and other surrounding neighborhoods have waited with bated breath and thirsty palates for Mindful to open, and that day is finally upon us.

Tomorrow at 11:00am, the doors will officially open and beers will be flowing all day long. Mindful’s beautiful space is fully stocked with taps featuring beers brewed in-house plus offerings from other breweries from the Pittsburgh region and beyond. In addition, Mindful’s coolers are fully stocked with one of the best bottle selections in the South Hills. Mindful also touts a full menu featuring many options from wings to salads to sandwiches to full entrees.

Mindful joins Hitchhiker Brewing in Mount Lebanon and Spoonwood Brewing in Bethel Park to give you three tremendous brewery destinations within a two-mile radius. If you’ve been looking for an excuse to venture to the South Hills to discover what’s on tap, look no longer.
