Experience Beers From Spoonwood, Reclamation, and Levity at Sidelines Bar and Grill

May is almost in the history books and June is nearly upon us. And with June comes…wait for it…yep, you guessed it: Summer! You can’t deny that Mother Nature let us off pretty easy this past year with one of the most mild winters in recent memory. She seems to be making up for it with rain on the regular this Spring, but I digress. The warm weather is upon us and it’s time to pull out the flip flops and tank tops in celebration of sunny days ahead.

To get this party started, I’ve partnered up with Sidelines Bar and Grill in Millvale to bring you a great kickoff to the season, complete with beers courtesy of Spoonwood Brewing in Bethel Park, Levity Brewing in Indiana, and Reclamation Brewing in Butler. At this event, we’ll be chatting about the local beer scene, sampling some great beers from all three breweries, munching on some bites courtesy of our friends at Sidelines, and getting primed for Game 3 between the Penguins and Predators in the Stanley Cup Finals. And, you’ll get to hear more about my latest project: Pittsburgh Libations Week.

Here are the beers we’ve lined up for you:

From Spoonwood Brewing

  • Smoke & Oats Smoked Amber Ale
  • Good Eye Sniper Double IPA
  • White Hot Rage Belgian White made with coriander, orange zest, white pepper, and habanero

From Reclamation Brewing

  • Promised Land Imperial Cream Ale w/ orange blossom, honey, and lactose
  • Reclamation Kolsch
  • Tart N Witty Wheat Ale w/ orange peel and coriander

From Levity Brewing

  • It’s Hoplicated IPA
  • Ghost Trail Gose w/ Blood Orange
  • Headlamp Stout Russian Imperial Stout — perfect for summer! 🙂

You can get your tickets for this event by stopping into Sidelines Bar and Grill in Millvale or by calling the bar at 412-821-4492.
