Don’t Miss the 2016 Lost In The Woods Event
Hough’s Taproom & Brewpub and New Belgium Brewing are joining forces to celebrate the release of New Belgium’s two biggest sour beer vintages: La Folie, an award-winning sour brown ale that represents the first beer to come from New Belgium’s wood beer program in 1997, and Transatlantique Kriek, a wood-aged sour cherry ale brewed in collaboration with Belgium’s Oud Beersel.
New Belgium’s Sour program stands as one of the first and largest in America. La Folie has won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival and serves as the flagship of the program.
For one night only, Hough’s and New Belgium will be hosting a special release party full of beers, food, and entertainment to introduce these two vintage sours to Pittsburgh. Your ticket includes appetizers, a welcome pint of New Belgium’s Citradelic Tangerine IPA, as well as five 10oz. pours of La Folie, Transatlantique Kriek, Trippel, Abbey, and a rare sour you won’t find anywhere else in town! You’ll also be able to purchase some of these sour beauties at the bar during the event and snag some bottles to go.
If you’re into sours, you’re going to want to be at Hough’s on February 6th.
