Full Pint and Pan Set to Deliver a 4-Course Sushi Beer Dinner
I love sushi. Would you believe me if I told you I never touched a piece of sushi until I was almost 30 years old? It wasn’t because I was grossed out or anything. I grew up in a house with two parents who HATED Chinese food and was never exposed to anything of the like (sushi included) until later in life. Plus, my little hometown? Not exactly a hotbed of sushi excellence.
Once I discovered sushi, I was all in. However, I never fully explored the best beer for pairing with this delicious delicacy. A hoppy IPA is typically my go-to, but I’m always open to seeing what else works.
Thankfully, the good folks at Pan Asian Restaurant and Full Pint Brewing are ready to tackle the subject with their one-of-a-kind Beer & Sushi Dinner planned for Thursday, May 19th at 5:00pm. The dinner will be held at Pan in Lawrenceville and will deliver four courses of fantastic combinations!
