Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week 2015 is halfway done. But being the sunny optimist that I am, I like to think the fun has only half begun! There are still five days of craft beer celebration to unfold and, unless history is out to prove me wrong, there are still a lot of great memories to be made and fun to be had.
One of the coolest staples of Craft Beer Week is always the collaboration beers. This series of one-offs truly showcase the talent our local brewers have and serve as the quintessential ultimate in regards to a blend of skill set, knowledge, brewing ingenuity, and total creativity.
It was our pleasure to welcome special guest Chris Dilla, owner of Bocktown Beer & Grill in Robinson and Monaca, to this special edition of Over a Couple of Beers. The three of us sat down with all of this year’s collaborations and gave our takes on what was on tap for the 10-day celebration. And, as always, great beer conversation ensued.
This episode ran a little longer than expected, but was packed with beer fun throughout the whole show. Jason and I would like to thank Chris for serving up her thoughts and opinions on this year’s collection of beers and providing us a great setting at Bocktown Robinson to record the show.
Enjoy the podcast, and cheers!
