Let’s face it: hitting Rock Bottom is not always the worst thing in the world. When it comes to hitting Rock Bottom in Pittsburgh, it means you’ll be experiencing great beer, great food, and a very friendly staff ready to make your visit memorable.
One of the common misconceptions about Rock Bottom is that all of their beers are corporate-mandated creations that are brewed by all 32 locations across the country. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The brewers at Rock Bottom have a tremendous amount of flexibility and have the freedom to let their creativity shine through.
As you’ll learn in our latest episode of Over a Couple of Beers, Rock Bottom is churning out some crazy good liquid and is firmly planting themselves as a strong local brewing favorite. Brewmaster Meg Evans and Assistant Brewers Matt Gibb and Chris Fritz, aka “Fritzy,” took some time out of their days to chat with us and share what they’ve got lined up for us in 2016.
Crack open a beer and get to listening!
