Cooking With Beer: Pork Tenderloin and Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

How can Craft Beer impact the preparation of food? Let’s pour it in and see!

It was a Sunday chock full of snow outside and the 2014 Winter Olympics on the tube. What a perfect opportunity to do a little kitchen experimenting!

Nothing too complicated…simply marinated a pork tenderloin in Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA and dressed it with parsley, seasoned salt and fresh garlic. The smell that filled the house was awesome (thinking of submitting this scent to Yankee Candle and making millions). The end product presented a juicy tenderloin filled with flavor. And of course, the excess was used to pour over the pork and asparagus side.

Dogfish has created some amazing beers over the years, so it’s no surprise their contribution to this dinner is just as good on the main course as it is in the pint glass. This brew may be utilized in the near future for more cooking adventures.
