If it’s the former, you need to drop everything and reserve your tickets for the second installment of Between Two Fermenters, happening live at the East End Brewing Taproom in the Strip District on Tuesday, February 7th from 7:00-9:00pm. Between Two Fermenters is an open discussion about different aspects of the beer and food world and gives you an opportunity to get answers to your burning questions from industry experts.

BTF App SectionThis installment’s panel features Scott Smith – owner of East End Brewing; Peter Kurzweg – co-owner of The Independent Brewing Company and Hidden Harbor in Squirrel Hill; and Kate Romane – formerly of E2, now head chef and owner of Black Radish Kitchen. The panel will be moderated by yours truly, Jason Cercone, and an introduction to the night’s festivities will be given by Rachel Carlson, community manager for Yelp, who serve as the sponsor of this event.

Your $20 ticket gets you access to a chili and fixins bar provided by Black Radish Kitchen (Meat & Vegetable options available), East End Brewing beer to pair with your chili, and a lot of discussion about the state of Pittsburgh food and drink, where it’s been, and where it’s going.
